Welcome to Peachy Paws! Please take a moment to review our general terms and our referral program details. By booking services with us, you agree to the policies outlined below.

General Terms & Conditions

​

1. Booking & Payment:
All services must be booked in advance and confirmed by Peachy Paws. Payment is due by the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon.

​

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We understand that plans change. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a service. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a fee.

​

3. Pet Health & Safety:
We reserve the right to decline service if your pet is ill, aggressive, or presents a risk to staff or other animals. Pets must be up to date on vaccinations.

4. House Access:
Clients must provide accurate information for home access. Peachy Paws is not responsible for delays or missed services due to inaccessible properties.

​

5. Liability:
While we do our best to ensure the safety and care of your pets and home, Peachy Paws is not liable for unforeseen incidents, accidents, or property damage beyond our control.

6. Privacy:
Any personal or contact information shared with Peachy Paws will be kept confidential and used only for business-related communication.

Referral Program Terms & Conditions

​

We love when you share Peachy Paws with others! Here’s how our referral rewards work:

​

1. Eligibility:
Open to all current Peachy Paws clients. Referred individuals must be new clients who haven’t used our services before. Both parties must be within our service area.

​

2. How It Works:

  • Tell your friends, family, or coworkers about Peachy Paws.

  • When they book and mention your name, you’ll both qualify for a reward.

  • Referrals must be mentioned at the time of booking.

  • ​

3. Reward Details:

  • Referrers receive $5 off their next service.

  • Referred clients receive $5 off their first booking.

  • If multiple services are booked, the discount applies to the least expensive service.

  • Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and must be used within 90 days.

  • Discounts cannot be combined with other promos.

  • ​

4. Manual Tracking:
This program is tracked manually. If the referral isn’t mentioned when booking, we can’t apply the discount—so be sure they name-drop you!

5. No Limits:
Refer as many people as you’d like! Just keep in mind:

  • One reward per new client.

  • One referral credit per booking.

  • ​

6. Program Changes:
Peachy Paws may change or discontinue the referral program at any time. Any updates won’t affect rewards already earned.
